Patty went to the Thyroid doctor lately and everything seemed ok on that front. She still has the elbow pain which is most likely tendinitis. Her recent heart scan was ok as well. Her white count was a little low on her last visit so she is going to have to have that checked again soon I believe. The lymphedema is still there but in check for the most part.
Katie, our oldest, is getting Baptized this coming Sunday. It is really exciting and comforting to know that she is saved and wants to do this. Below is a recent pic of Patty and Katie for all of you who are still here reading! Oh, yea, Katie has had all of her hair cut off at her own request. Almost a foot!

Good to hear all is going well. Katie still looks like her daddy, with hair of course! I hope you're doing ok, and not letting work take it's toll. Praying for you everyday!

Glad to have the update and to hear that all are doing well. I know you are so proud of Katie. She is such a sweet girl, smart and has a very loving spirit. (Did she get all of that from her mom :) I am glad to hear that Patty's tests are continuing to stay in the right direction. It's been a long road for all of you.
Hopefully work will level out soon and you'll be able to look back at this time as yet another accomplishment.

After reading all the blogs from the beginning, I have never been so homesick for Halls as I am today. I am so immensely relieved to know that everyone's prayers are being answered. I wish I could have helped in some way, but know that you are in my thoughts and prayers now and forever. Patty, I have always considered you to be the most goodhearted person I know. Now I can also consider you to be the strongest.
