Comments to Blog and Phone

Anyone should now be able to add comments to the blog without having to register. Sorry if there was any confusion about this. I think it would be great for Patty to go back and read any comments of encouragement, prayer, thoughts, etc.

Also my cell phone is dead so for most of the day I will be using Patty's cell phone. I'm not going to post it here but the number is the same as mine but one less digit on the last number. 5 instead of 6.

The Living Bible, Psalm 43 v. 5

"O my soul, why be so gloomy and discouraged? Trust in God! I shall again praise him for his wondrous help; he will make me smile again, for he is my God!"

As we sat here and wondered how you were doing in surgery, I went to His word for strength and peace. This verse reminded me who is in control, The Lord is all the time! Brett is doing very well he saw your picture on the blog and got excited and wanted to kiss it! We are praying for you and hope you are feeling better soon! We love you guys very much and can't wait to be scrabbling with you again real soon!

Patty and Scott,

You are on our minds and in our prayers constantly. We love you both and can't thank God enough for the terrific friends you are. You both have always been such an encouragement to us. Hang in there! Continually put the truth of God's word in your mind because there are a million lies Satan wants you to believe at this time. You've got to fight him!! Ephesians 6:10-18

Patty & Scott,
It's good to hear you're doing well. I know you must feel terrible right now. It's hard to believe they'd let someone go home so soon after such a surgery, but I only play a doctor on TV, so what do I know? :0)
I'm sure lots of people are telling you that you and your family are in their 'thoughts and prayers' and you are. You're in mine too.....but I also just want you all to know you're loved today. Everyone is so concerned with you going through such a hard surgery. Nobody can know how hard it really is except you and so many of us just want to help in any way we can. It's good to hear that you have such sweet people taking care of your babies. And this blog is wonderful. All the first hand info without it being filtered through several others. LOL!!!! Anyway, I hope you two will just lean on each other and love each other more now than ever.
Going to go for now before I ramble on and on......
