These are some of the camera phone pics I took from our trip up to Clingman's Dome last Thursday. It was 44 degrees and the wind chill was probably in the 20's as the wind was blowing hard. This past weekend there was a 90 mph wind gust during a storm right where Patty, Grant, and I are standing. The girls were too cold to make the short but steep 1/2 mile hike.
